What is a Wiki Cafe? |
 Six Saturday Mornings 9th Jan to 13th Feb 2010 10 am to 12 noon The ‘Wiki Café’ idea came from the need for a quick response to the Boxing Day Tsunami Appeal in 2004 (in Hawaiian wiki means 'quick'). Since then we have annually donated the proceeds of the cafes to various humanitarian charities. It’s a great opportunity to get out after Christmas, go for a healthy walk, a cycle ride or run, or just meet up and have a ‘cuppa’ and a chat. The Reading Room is celebrating 100 years as a community focus for the village. Come and see what it offers you in the 21st century. All Welcome.
